Ingredients

• 2 oz Statera Spirits non-alcoholic gin 
• 2 oz strawberry puree 
• 1 egg white (or magic foamer) 
• 0.5 oz lemon juice 
• 0.5 oz simple syrup Graham cracker crumbs for rimming 
• Fresh strawberries for garnish

Preparation

1. Rim a glass with graham cracker crumbs. 
2. In a shaker, mix Statera non-alcoholic gin, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup. 
3. Add ice cubes to the shaker. 
4. Shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients. 
5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. 
6. Allow it to rest for a few moments to let the foam separate. 
7. Fill the glass with the remaining mixture from the shaker. 
8. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
