How is Statera made?

Our Statera Alcohol-Free Gin is crafted using the same artisanal process as traditional gin. The process begins with small-batch distillation of high-quality ingredients in an alembic. It is during this stage that the flavors of authentic gin botanicals are infused, giving Statera its unique taste. Once the distillation is complete, our alcohol-free spirit is then blended with other botanicals, enriched with electrolytes to promote hydration, filtered, and finally bottled. Our Gin & Tonic is made from our alcohol-free Gin distillate, our Tonic Water is crafted with juniper berry and quinine flavors, and our Grapefruit Mimosa is made with real grapefruit juice. All our canned products go through a pasteurization process and contain no preservatives to offer you a high-quality and natural product. Every step of these processes is carried out with care at our friends' distillery, Wabasso, located in Trois-Rivières, Quebec.

Is Statera really alcohol-free?

Although they contain less than 0.5% alcohol, this level is actually lower than what you would find in common natural products like apple juice or a ripe banana. Can I drink pure Statera?

Statera is not intended to be consumed pure. Our alcohol-free gin has been developed to be mixed in mocktails or with your favorite tonic, allowing you to explore a multitude of flavors. You will find a variety of mocktail recipes on our site to inspire you.

How should Statera be drunk?

Statera is an alcohol-free spirit specially designed to be mixed, providing the perfect base for creative mocktails. On our site, we offer a variety of mocktail recipes to inspire you.

As for our ready-to-drink products, we currently have a Tonic Water and a Gin Tonic in cans, for easy tasting and immediate. Be on the lookout, as we plan to expand our range of canned beverages very soon.

I am pregnant, can I take Statera?

Storage and availability
How long can Statera be stored?

Statera, in the form of an alcohol-free gin, can be kept for at least a year if the bottle remains unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within three months to fully enjoy its flavors. To optimize its conservation, be sure to keep your bottle of Statera in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. However, you should never freeze your bottle of Statera.

As for cans, there is no consumption limit, but we suggest that you consume them within one year of purchase.
