Ingredients

2 oz (60 ml) non-alcoholic distilled gin Statera

2 oz (60 ml) pear nectar

1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup

1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) vanilla extract

Tonic water, to taste
For garnish:

1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar

2 thin pear slices
-
2 small sprigs of fresh thyme

1 cinnamon stick
Preparation

Prepare two small plates. On the first, pour the lemon juice for rimming. On the second, spread the sugar.

Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the lemon juice, then into the sugar to coat the edge.

In a shaker, add a few ice cubes. Pour in the gin, pear nectar, lemon juice, simple syrup, and vanilla extract. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.

Fill the rimmed cocktail glass with fresh ice cubes. Strain the mocktail into the glass, then top off with tonic water to your preference.

Garnish with pear slices, fresh thyme, and a cinnamon stick.
