- 1 oz peach puree or nectar
- 2 oz Statera non-alcoholic gin
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz sage-infused simple syrup
- 0.5 oz grenadine syrup
- Statera Tonic Water
- Sage leaves for garnish
Steps
- Add grenadine syrup and ice to the glass.
- In a separate shaker, combine the Statera gin, peach puree, lemon juice, and sage syrup.
- Pour the mix over the ice in the glass.
- Top it off with Statera tonic water.
- Stir gently
